Driven by a personal desire in skin correction and skin rejuvenation our team of Licensed Medical Esthetician, Chelsea Jarboe, and Surgical Director, Dr. Michael L. Thornton, will provide treatments for overall skin renewal using our various Medical Spa Treatments, Esthetician Services, Laser Skin Rejuvenation and SkinCeuticals Skin Care Products.

Our Medical Spa performs Botox Cosmetic injections and Xeomin injections.  In addition to neurotoxin injections, we also provide several options in HA dermal filler injections including, Juvederm XC Ultra Plus, Voluma, Volbella, and Vollure as well as RHA Revance.  The majority of dermal fillers used at Mansfield Cosmetic Surgery Center are composed of hyaluronic acid (HA), which is a temporary filler and eventually broken down by the body over time within months.

Wrinkle reduction and improving sun damage can be accomplished with Co2 laser skin resurfacing.  This nonsurgical procedure is personally performed by Dr. Thornton using local anesthesia.  Downtime will vary but usually last a week or so leaving you skin cleaner and tighter, although results will individually vary.

Our medical spa also provide HydraFacial MD, which is an advanced form of microdermabrasion using water pressure for gentle exfoliation of skin.  For clients with redness, sun damage, freckles, and brown spots, one of the best treatments is an IPL Photofacialthat uses controlled wavelengths of light that target specific skin depths and colors.  We are proud to use the Cynosure ICON Aesthetic Laser System — considered an industry standard in IPL technology, laser hair removal, improvement of acne scars, improvement of stretch marks, and skin rejuvenation using the 1540 non-ablative fractional hand-piece.  Our office has the Cynosure ICON 1540 fractional non-ablative laser hand-piece for the removal of stretch marks.

Chelsea Jarboe is our Licensed Medical Esthetician at Mansfield Cosmetic Surgery Center who also serves as our lead Patient Coordinator.  She decided to further her education to receive her esthetician training at Ogle School of Cosmetology and Esthetics, where she was consistently in the Top 10 for Client Count.  Chelsea has advanced training and certifications in IPL photofacial skin rejuvenation, Cynosure PicoSure Tattoo removal, Picosure Focus Skin treatments, and HydraFacial Syndeo.  Other special interests include Cleansing Facials,  Facial Waxing, Brow Lamination and Eyelash Lift, and assisting our clients with medical grade SkinCeuticals skin care.
