Permalip Implants with Amazing Results!

We have been implanting the Permalip lip implant and are seeing amazing results!  Most clients desire the Permalip implant as a more permanent alternative to lip fillers such as Juvederm or Restylane, as they don’t have to repeat lip fillers every 6 months.  So, it appears to be the best choice for women who are tired of injecting their lips for lip augmentation.

The Surgisil Permalip implant is made of soft and pliable silicone and comes in 3 different diameters (3 mm = small, 4 mm = medium, 5 mm = large).  I first began implanting the medium size (4 mm) but lately, I have been implanting the larger (5 mm) Permalip implant.

The procedure is performed in our office using local anesthesia and takes about 30 minutes.  Over the past year, I have modified my surgical techniques so that swelling and bruising are greatly diminished.  Realistically, expect swelling and bruising to last a week with full recovery in several weeks.
